Free AI tools that all live in one chat

Every page in this directory leads to the same place: one free AlgoChat conversation. There is no separate app for homework, another for stories and a third for emails. You open the chat, say what you want, and it works it out. The pages below exist to show what people actually use it for and which prompts get good results fast.

AlgoChat runs in your phone or laptop browser. You do not need an account, an email address or a download. Chats stay in the browser you used, so you can come back to them later on the same device.

Start chatting, it's free No sign-up. Works in your phone's browser.

What one chat can cover

The same assistant answers questions, writes, explains, plays and reads files. A few things it does that people tend not to expect from a free chat:

  • Reads what you attach. Send a photo of a worksheet, a screenshot of a message, or a PDF of up to 8 MB, and ask about it.
  • Searches the web when a question depends on current facts, such as prices, release dates, news or opening hours, and links the pages it used.
  • Writes math properly. Fractions, exponents and equations render as real notation instead of a tangle of symbols.
  • Draws simple diagrams. Ask for a flowchart, timeline or family tree and it renders one in the chat.
  • Formats code with highlighting and a copy button.

What it cannot do

Being clear about limits saves you time. AlgoChat cannot create or edit images, make videos, run code, send messages for you, set reminders or remember things across different browsers. It can look at an image you send and describe it, give feedback on it or suggest what to change, and when you ask for an image it will say so and help you write a prompt for an image app instead.

Like every AI chat, it can be wrong. It is good at explaining and drafting. For medical, legal or money decisions, use it to understand your options and prepare questions, then check with someone qualified.

How to get better answers

Say who it is for and what you will do with it. "Explain photosynthesis" gets a textbook answer. "Explain photosynthesis for my O-Level biology test tomorrow, with the equation and one exam-style question" gets something you can study from.

Paste or attach the real thing. A screenshot of the question, the email you are replying to, or the rubric your teacher gave out is worth more than a summary of it.

Push back. If an answer is too long, too formal or not quite right, say so in plain words, such as "shorter", "more casual" or "that is wrong, the answer key says 42". The chat keeps the context, so you do not have to start over.

Pick a starting point

Each guide below explains one use in detail, with prompts you can open straight into the chat. Tap a prompt and it lands in the message box, ready to edit. Nothing is sent until you press send.

Questions

Are these separate apps?

No. Every tool on this page is the same AlgoChat conversation. The pages exist to show uses and good prompts. You can switch from homework to a story to an email in one chat.

Is AlgoChat really free?

Yes. There is no paid tier and no trial. AlgoChat may show recommendations for other apps under some replies, which is how it stays free.

Do I need to sign up?

No. You can start typing straight away. Your chats are tied to the browser you use, so clearing site data or switching devices starts fresh.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. AlgoChat is built for phone browsers first, including Safari on iPhone and Chrome on Android. Nothing needs installing.

Can it make pictures?

No. AlgoChat can understand pictures you send, but it cannot generate or edit images. Ask anyway and it will help you write a prompt for an image app.
